  • The access survey, complaint letter or city correction notice (PDF)
  • Building address, building type and your hours of operation
  • Floor plans or drawings, if you have them
  • Photos of the main entrance, restrooms and parking lot
  • Which items are most urgent and any deadline you are working to

    Within 2 business days we confirm what we received and propose field check dates.

  2. 02

    Field check at the building, $450, credited against any approved item.

  3. 03

    Line-item proposal within 5 business days, with insurance certificate attached.
