CTB building Inc is a Minneapolis contractor that builds the accessibility fixes listed in a building's access survey: restrooms, entrances and door operators, ramps, parking, counters and signage. Each item gets its own fixed price, is built while the building stays open, and is handed over with photos and measurements.
We work for building owners, property managers and facility managers in the Twin Cities who have a survey report, a complaint letter or a city correction notice and need the work built correctly.

A grab bar at 37 inches or a ramp at 1:11 fails a re-survey. Our crews measure and record every dimension the code sets before an item is called done.
Prices you can phase
Owners rarely fix 34 items in one budget year. A separate price per item lets you plan the work across seasons and show lenders exactly what each draw pays for.
The building stays in service
Accessibility work happens where customers, patients and tenants walk. Phasing and temporary routes are part of every plan, not an extra.
How we work
- Code basis. Work is built to the 2020 Minnesota Accessibility Code, the edition listed as current for Minnesota, and checked again when the state adopts its next code.
- Licensed trades. Electrical and plumbing work is done by Minnesota-licensed contractors under permit. Electrical permits filed since August 17, 2026 follow the 2026 NEC.
- Documents with every proposal. Certificate of insurance and contractor registration details, attached up front.
- Payment records. Lien waivers with every payment, and AIA G702/G703 pay applications for larger packages.
- Your records stay yours. Survey files, photos and closeout sheets are sent to you by email and deleted from our systems on request after closeout.
- Response times. Email replies within 2 business days; proposals within 5 business days of the field check.
